The standard queen room here was spacious and quiet, with a magnificent location in the mall and an elegant atmosphere.

Room was not as described when I made the reservation, we did not have a separate sleeping and sitting area as in the pictures but a simple double room. We were told this was an error on the side of booking. The room we ordered did not cost 73 Euro but 96, if I wanted the other room they wanted the difference paid. please check and advise as this is a serious error.

Aircon was good and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were on the small side, but very clean and the shower was good.
Shampoo provided, but no conditioner. It was a very long walk to get to the swimming pool. No dressing gowns provided. Swimming pool price was not included in our booking. No coffee/tea machine in our room. Rooms a bit on the small side.

The fantastic location of this place allows for easy walks to both the city center and the old town, while being in a distinct area from other visitors.

I had reserved a non smoking room but at the reception they said to me that the non smoking rooms are sold and they gave me a smoking room- ant the smell was ..."you imagine". Heating on the room was not working, the worst experience in my life- is a 4 star hotel!?!?!

The best gym I ve seen in a hotel, but still it s not for free! Spa facilities very qualitated.
I had to ask 3 times over 24 hours so the safebox in my room to be fixed (a change of battery). They seemed to ignore my phone calls so I had to claim it my self at the reception!

I liked the willingness to help me of the staff
I didn`t like that it was not possible to use the pool free of charge. It seems strange for me.

I was imprest by the room and how clean and tasty was. It is not too big but nice. Hotel has a pool and spa area. Too bad you have to pay extra to use it and not too cheap.breakfast divers and good.free parking
Paying extra to use the pool. Not having some sleepers to use to go to the pool. If you book online by credit card they will take you to reception to take a deposit if you want to it in restaurant. That was so unpleasant.
